Child Safety Standards
Effective: 4 November 2026
These standards apply to Kocheta Jain Mahasangh, developed and supported by Crisant Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. The app is intended for adult account holders. These protections apply regardless of the age of the person using the service.
Prohibited conduct and content
We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of children, and any attempt to facilitate or promote such conduct. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, altered or computer-generated material depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, is prohibited. Do not use profile information, photographs or community functions to harm or exploit a child.
Report a concern inside the app
Open the app menu → Contact us. Enter “Child safety concern” as the subject, describe the concern and include the relevant member name or reference if available. Submit the form to receive a reference number. This reporting mechanism is available inside the app without opening another service. Do not attach, forward or reproduce suspected CSAM in a report.
Report without an account
Email anand@crisant.com. Provide only the minimum information needed to identify and investigate the issue. Do not email prohibited imagery. The designated child-safety contact for this service is Anand Jain, anand@crisant.com.
Response and enforcement
We review child-safety reports promptly, investigate within the service’s available records, and restrict offending accounts or remove prohibited material when identified. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we take appropriate action to remove access and address it under these standards and applicable laws. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the relevant regional authority or reporting body as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and preserve relevant information only where necessary and lawful.
Privacy and prevention
Family records and profile photographs are private to the account holder. The optional member directory exposes only name, city and state to signed-in members. The app does not offer public chat or anonymous messaging. Adults adding information about children must have appropriate parental authority and should share only necessary information. These restrictions do not replace the duty to act on reports.
