Delete your account / खाता हटाएँ

Inside the app

Sign in → open the menu → Settings → Delete account → confirm. This removes your live profile, family details, profile photos, contact submissions, stored notices and signed-in sessions.

Delete selected data without closing your account

You can clear optional profile fields or remove family members in Profile. To request deletion of other selected data, including a contact submission, email anand@crisant.com with your registered mobile number, the data to remove and any submission reference. We verify ownership and handle requests within 30 days. You do not need to delete your account to make this request.

Without access to the app

Email anand@crisant.com with the subject “Kocheta account deletion request” and the registered mobile number. Do not send an OTP, identity document or password. We will verify ownership before deleting data and respond within 30 days.
